Boasting beautiful gardens, Swinton Park makes a wonderful venue for this experience. The two course lunch is hosted by Susan Cunliffe-Lister, Country Life Gardener of the Year 2001, who gives an insight into her restoration programme of the parkland and walled garden, the history of the design, and her planting scheme.
