Making your way along the awe inspiring North Pembrokeshire coastline at sea level you’ll find yourself swimming into sea caves, climbing up through natural rock arches, flinging yourself from towering vertical rock faces, and perhaps even swimming with Atlantic grey seals! Includes a safety briefing and issue of all specialist kit including warm steamer wetsuits, gloves and socks, training from qualified and friendly guides, PSV qualified drivers and minibus transport for the activities and complementary teas and coffees. Most of us live in nice, safe houses, work in nice, safe offices, and our biggest adrenaline rush of the day comes from jumping onto the train just as the doors are closing. So rediscover your sense of adventure amid spectacular scenery with this amazing coasteering experience. You'll climb rocks, jump off cliffs, swim in the sea and do plenty of scrambling about. After a full safety briefing and getting kitted out, you'll set off in a small team with your instructor to traverse along the bottom of the cliffs, figuring out the best route together and trying to dodge the waves. Where you can, you'll climb along the rocks, but when the going's too steep it's time to jump in and swim! You can buy a packed lunch to take along, or bring your own. After lunch, just in case you haven't had enough of the great outdoors, it's time to try either kayaking, surfing or climbing/abseiling.
